SolaRain LLC provides consulting services and certified renewal energy site assessments.  We also sell rain barrels, solar powered rain barrel pumping kits and stand-alone Photovoltaic (PV) kits.

SolaRain LLC answers the questions - is adding a renewable energy system right for me or my business.  Is my site conducive to a renewable energy system, is it technically feasible, how much will it cost, and are there financial incentives available for me.  SolaRain LLC can answer these questions and more - whether you are an engineering or architecture firm, business or home owner, non-profit group or local government.

  • Consulting services to engineering and architecture firms during the beginning phases of solar electric projects.  SolaRain LLC has received the Certificate of Knowledge from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).

  • Certified renewable energy site assessments are used to determine whether your home, business, non-profit, or local government building is a good location for a photovoltaic system (Solar Electric) or  wind system to help meet your energy needs.

 SolaRain LLC also provides rain barrels and small do-it-yourself stand alone photovoltaic (PV) kits.

  • Rain Barrels made from recycled 55-gallon plastic barrels which formerly stored food items are used to store rain water from the roof of your house or garage to water your garden and landscape plants.  When multiple rain barrels are used, a solar powered water pumping kit that pumps water from several connected rain barrels to a garden hose for larger gardens and landscaped areas can be a great help.

  • If you want to start out small, we provide small do-it-yourself stand alone photovoltaic (PV) kits that include a solar panel, battery controller, a DC to AC inverter and a circuit breaker panel.

SolaRain LLC is a certified Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) Solar and Wind Site Assessor, Wisconsin Focus on Energy Market Provider, as well as a Certificate of Knowledge holder from NABCEP.
